Chester Regional Medical Center’s clinical pharmacists are important members of the health care team who help ensure the safest and most effective use of medications. Our pharmacists and technicians are committed to safety and quality, and work closely with doctors and other caregivers to meet each patient’s specific health care needs.

Our pharmacies are open to the public, and we accept most major prescription insurance plans and Medicare Part D. Our pharmacies offer:

• Prescriptions filled on site – We fill prescriptions as part of the discharge process so your medications will be ready when you leave the hospital. There’s no need to go to another site to have your prescription filled or wait in line at a pharmacy.
• More convenience for patients – We offer automatic refills and home mail delivery of prescriptions at no extra charge. We’re dedicated to making the refill process easier for you.
• Ease of communication – Pharmacists can quickly call your doctor if there’s a question about a prescribed medication, and pharmacy staff can contact patients if there are insurance issues or potential interactions with other medications.
