Page VaughanChief Operating Officer
Page has 25 years experience as a hospital CEO. Page has been CEO at Chester Regional Medical Center since Jan 2011 but worked with the hospital CEO and Board of Trustees from 2004 to 2008. He has a Masters Degree from the Medical College of Virginia. Page is active on the Board of the Chester County Chamber of Commerce and is a Member of the Chester Rotory Club. He also is an active member of the South Carolina Hospital Association in Columbia.
Spencer Parker, RNNursing Home Admistrator
Spencer is a native of Chester and a graduate of Clemson University. Spencer is a Registered Nurse and a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Spencer has over 20 years of healthcare experience, having served in both regional and corporate roles prior to returning to Chester in 2008. Spencer serves on several healthcare advisory panels and is very active in the Chester community including Relay For Life of Chester County. Spencer is responsible for the day to day operations and leadership of the Chester Nursing Center.
